1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Joodness platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Joodness is a digital platform that connects associations, enterprises and volunteers in Tunisia. Services include networking, project and event management, impact tracking and volunteering facilitation.

3. Registration and Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Publishing unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing content is prohibited. Joodness reserves the right to suspend any account in violation.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logo, texts, images, source code) is protected by intellectual property law. Users retain rights to their published content but grant Joodness a non-exclusive license to use it.

6. Liability

Joodness acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for user actions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Joodness shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.

7. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

8. Modification of Terms

Joodness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Joodness reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform in case of violation of these terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
